GeoGebra Institute of Finland

We are a voluntary network of some Finnish schools using GeoGebra actively. The main way of working is translating GeoGebra, manuals and web resources into Finnish. We are also organizing GeoGebra meetings twice a year. Furthermore, we will support other Finnish GeoGebra users in both consulting daily needs and helping to organize education courses of their own. We take part in the international GeoGebra work, both on the Nordic and global level. Some examples about our GeoGebra works you can see behind the links. Unfortunately. most of them are in Finnish. Our activities are financed partly by the schools and municipalities, and partly but not least the Technology Industries of Finland Centennial Foundation.

The home page of GeoGebra is in the address http://www.geogebra.org/cms/. Some of the pages have already been translated into Finninsh, too. Look also at the Finnish page of GeoGebraWiki http://www.geogebra.org/en/wiki/index.php/Finnish.
